"Complex litigation" means those trials which require specialized management by both the court system and litigants.  While the meaning of "complex litigation" is generally not subject to precise definition, it may involve, for example, multiple related civil cases in multiple courts, extensive pretrial motion practice, extended trial times, difficult or novel issues, and post-judgment judicial supervision, or it may concern special categories of litigation, such as securities fraud suits.

Our law firm generally limits its litigation projects to areas which reflect our transactional practice – business and estate planning.  The vast majority of our clients' trial cases involve business disputes in the areas of securities fraud, contract claims, tax disputes, white collar offenses, and intellectual property right conflicts.

We know that our primary role in assisting clients is to ensure that we help you avoid trial disputes.  However, if we are retained to assist clients with litigation that is out of control and beyond their reach for a fair solution, our job is to win.
